• App Store Optimization (ASO): Tailored optimization for app stores to improve visibility and discoverability.
• User Acquisition: Strategic campaigns to grow app user base.
• Campaign Management: Comprehensive planning and execution of app marketing campaigns.
• Other app marketing solution.

Each service is customized based on client needs, with specific scope and pricing outlined in individual agreements.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Users may need to create an account to access certain features of our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited disclaims liability for any unauthorized access or activity resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

7. Service Fees and Payment Terms

• Service fees and payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or subscription packages.
• Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited requires full payment in advance for all Services. For high-value projects, installment payments may be offered.
• Payments not made by the due date will incur a 5% monthly interest, and Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made in full.

8. Refund Policy

• Due to the customized nature of our digital marketing services, we operate a strict no-refund policy once a service has been initiated. Refunds may be considered only for services not yet started, on a case-by-case basis.

9. Termination of Services

• Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
• In the event of termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments or fees.

10. Results and Guarantee

• Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited provides app marketing solutions through AppFillip® based on industry expertise and current market conditions. However, we do not make any guarantees or commitments regarding specific results, revenue generation, or app performance improvements.
• All forecasts or estimates provided by AppFillip® are intended as general guidelines based on current marketing conditions and trends. Actual results may vary significantly due to factors beyond our control, such as changes in app store algorithms, shifts in user behavior, and broader economic conditions.
• By using our Services, you acknowledge that all marketing outcomes are inherently uncertain and agree that Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited shall not be held liable for any discrepancies between estimated and actual results.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Services provided by Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited are on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our Services and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from third-party services or actions beyond our control.
• AppFillip® makes no representations regarding app store policies, and Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited disclaims responsibility for changes in app store algorithms that may affect your app’s performance.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lumotis Digital Media Pvt. Limited harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of AppFillip®, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of third-party rights.
